Drills Denali for her finale
Ya do it or she’ll drill you, too.
She’s a grandma in boots and khakis
But she’s not sure just where Iraq is
Thinks the earth was made in one fell swoop–
Global warming is a load of poop!
Though Alaska is quickly melting
She needs that oil dough to raise her brood
Hubby works for the BP comp’ny
They’ll get it while the gettin’s good.
Once in office as President
She’ll make sure that the kids dissent
From all wicked reproductive acts
Just too bad if they don’t know the facts.

Wow, Pavel! I couldn’t even think of them all! We’ve sung at so many peace rallies and vigils, so many protests and die-ins, at speeches by Medea Benjamin, Sam Farr, Daniel Hirsch, and many others; we’ve sung in parades and boy, did we belt out some happy songs on Obama’s Inauguration Day, just before WILPF put on a huge street party that all of Santa Cruz got into in a very big way! We’ve put on several concerts: at the Crepe Place, the Coffee Roasting Company, De Anza Mobile Home Park, Sunshine Villa. Sometimes, we just go out on Pacific Ave. in downtown Santa Cruz and sing our hearts out. I hope you come and see us tne next time we do our thing; we’ll let you know on this website. We have no idea what all these comments are referring to–we do have some good water conservation songs, but this is ridiculous! If we did help preserve even one little drop of pure H2O, however, good on us!
